Shipping Information
All orders are sent as a parcel. After shipping you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check your tracking status. Our items are usually ready for dispatch within 5-7 days (this only applies to Monday-Friday - Sundays and public holidays extend this period). The average DHL delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. If longer delivery times are specified on the article page, this means that we will order the goods for you directly from the supplier and the delivery period will be extended accordingly. When shipping abroad, these terms are also extended accordingly.
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional costs may arise for the buyer from local authorities (customs and clearance fees, import taxes, etc.).
DHL shipping within Germany uses the GoGreen program CO2-neutral.
Returns:
You can return the goods within 30 days. This return is free of charge for you within Germany.
